High School Branches
Blue Pride Branch - Port Allen High School

The Blue Pride Branch at Port Allen High School was opened in 2010 to provide students with real world work experience and an avenue in which to begin learning financial management skills.  Students demonstrating integrity with a proven track record of academic excellence are allowed to work at the on-campus branch during business hours.  Under the supervision of employees from our Port Allen Branch, Neighbors members can perform most account transactions just like any other location.  Past cooperative efforts between the credit union and school included fundraising for American Cancer Society, an NFCU Marketing Department Question & Answer session for students, and numerous school events.
  • Hours of Operation:  11AM - 1PM; Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year

Walker Wildcat Branch - Walker High School

In 2011, Walker High School and the Livingston Parish School System partnered with Neighbors to open the second on-campus location in the Neighbors Branch Network.  As part of their Entrepreneurship curriculum, students are allowed the opportunity to learn about the financial service industry and work as tellers at their branch.  Working in cooperation with the Denham Springs Branch, these students have taken part in education seminars, NFCU events and even worked with the NFCU Marketing Department to complete research project.
  • Hours of Operation:  10:30AM - 1PM; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays during the school year
