Over Labor Day weekend, your KeyPoint account was successfully converted to a Neighbors account. If you have any questions concerning your Neighbors account, please view the member letter or contact us at 225-819-2178. We value your membership and look forward to meeting your financial needs.

We will begin converting KeyPoint account numbers into Neighbors FCU account numbers on Friday, August 31st at 7pm.  On August 6th, letters detailing this process were sent to all members who currently have a KeyPoint account number.  You can view the letter below:
 
 
 
 Credit Card Conversion

As part of the merger, KeyPoint credit card holders will be converted to Neighbors Visa cards in September.  For relevant information about this process, please see the KeyPoint Credit Card FAQ sheet. 
 
 
 Sherwood Branch Lobby Temporarily Closed

The lobby of the former KeyPoint branch at 5423 South Sherwood Forest Blvd will be closed temporarily for renovations.  The drive thru will continue to have the same hours of operation: 
Drive-Thru
Mon - Fri:  8:30am - 5:30pm
Sat:  9:00am - 12:00pm

 KeyPoint Branch in Prairieville Closed

The KeyPoint branch at 14154 Highway 73 in Prairieville has been closed.  KeyPoint members who frequently utilize this branch may find the Neighbors branch at 17193 Airline Hwy, Prairieville, LA  equally convenient.  Their hours of operation are as follows:
Lobby
Mon / Wed:  9:00am - 4:30pm
Tue / Thu:  10:00am - 6:00pm
Fri:  9:00am - 5:30pm
 
Drive-Thru
Mon / Wed / Fri:  8:30am - 5:30pm
Tue / Thu:  8:30am - 6:00pm
Sat:  9:00am - 12:00pm
