The Classic VISA Card is available to members who qualify. Below are the advantages of having a Classic VISA Credit Card:

Low, FIXED rate, as low as 8.9% APR;
View balances and make payments with Online Banking or by phone with Audio Response;
Online account statements and information;
Lost/Stolen Card Reporting day or night

Note: Neighbors will charge a fee of one percent (1.0%) of the U.S. Dollar transaction amount on all international transactions.

Once approved, you will receive a cardholder agreement that gives you the details of your VISA account.
