Rules of Eligibility
Neighbors Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit community chartered credit union. Anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in any of the following nine parishes is eligible to join.

- East Feliciana
- Iberville
- Livingston
- Pointe Coupee
- St. Helena
- West Baton Rouge
