| Technology Specialist I | |
| Neighbors FCU seeks a Technology Specialist I to provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. $34,643 - $43,303 DOE. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college level course work to include computer programming or related field, or equivalent related work experience. Two to three years’ experience with personal computers required (financial institution preferred). Knowledge of state-of-the-art hardware/software highly preferred.
