PRIVACY NOTICE
Neighbors Federal Credit Union is committed to
meeting all your financial needs. We
are sometimes required to share information about you with others in order to
complete your transactions or to provide certain financial opportunities.
To protect your privacy, we limit the use of information we provide and
only share information with companies that agree to maintain your privacy. These
companies are also prohibited from sharing with other third parties the
information we give them.
Your financial privacy and confidence are very important
to every employee of Neighbors Federal Credit Union.
As required by law, this notice explains how we collect, use and
safeguard your personal financial information. Although not required by law to
do so, we also give you an opportunity to let us know if you do not want
information about you shared with certain third parties.

We collect nonpublic, personal information about you from
the following sources:

Disclose the Information
We may disclose nonpublic, personal information about you

provide mortgage, securities, credit card and insurance services;

marketers, airlines, and publishers;

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as
described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or
to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

permitted or required by law.
If you decide to terminate your membership with
Neighbors Federal Credit Union or become an inactive member, we will not
share information we have collected about you, except as may be permitted or
required by law.
How We Protect
Your Information
We restrict access to information about you to those
employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to
you. We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to
guard your information.
How to Opt Out of
Certain Disclosures of Information About You
If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic, personal
information about you to certain parties that are not affiliated with Neighbors Federal Credit Union, you may “opt out” of these disclosures.
That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures.
This “opt out” will not apply to certain necessary disclosures that
are permitted by law (such as transaction processing), but will apply to
non-essential disclosures to other companies with which we have joint marketing
agreements (such as insurance and investment companies). If you wish to opt out
of these non-essential disclosures, you may select one of the following methods
to exercise this right:
