Responsible for developing a sales and service
culture. Provide assistance and support to the Branch Manager to insure the
efficient operation of the branch. Assist in providing and maintaining
professional and quality service. Enforce with staff the need for a high level
of security. Responsible for the supervision of employees within the specified
area of emphasis, either Tellers; Member Service Officers or Financial Service

High School diploma or equivalent required;
college degree or some college coursework completed preferred. Two to three
years' credit union experience or related field. Previous sales experience
preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be eligible to be
licensed to sell all insurance products and receive MLO#.
