Open Opportunities

Member Advocate


Responsible for providing superior financial services to all current and potential credit union members. Responsible for strengthening existing member relationships as well as gaining new growth for the credit union. Responsible for activities pertaining to sales and service to include but are not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries, and problem resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union products, services, and operations. Support a sales and service culture.


Contact Center Representative


Responsible for providing superior, professional, and accurate assistance to members and potential members primarily by phone. Provide general account information and respond to members’ issues regarding products and services. Offer solutions and suggestions that will best suit member needs. Handle member complaints and help solve member issues. Maintain working knowledge of credit union products and services. Support and heavily promote a sales and service culture.


BSA/AML Investigator


Responsible for assisting the Vice President Compliance/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer in the day-to-day duties of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act Anti-Money Laundering Program. Prepare and process Currency Transaction Reports. Maintain required BSA logs. Ensure compliance with BSA regulations. Assist in developing and reviewing the credit union’s policies and procedures for compliance with applicable laws.


Virtual Teller


Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. Serve as the face of the credit union and as such; must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.


Direct Loan Funding Specialist


Responsible for processing and funding loan applications. Assure that proper loan information is collected to maintain acceptable credit standards and to conform to credit union policy. Perform the duties necessary to obtain, process, and inform members in a timely manner on the status of loans by phone, fax, or through DocuSign. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union.  Support a sales and service culture.


Digital Marketing Strategist


Responsible for recommending and implementing strategies that help the credit union achieve its marketing objectives. Collect and analyze data, then recommend products, promotions, and campaigns.  Plan and coordinate targeted direct mail and e-marketing efforts, digital advertising, social media, and reputation management. Responsible for the development of content for all marketing channels including social media, website, member communications, and others.  Responsible for the management of the credit union’s social media presence and content marketing strategies with the purpose of increasing member engagement and driving the sales process. Produce the credit union’s press releases and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets and vendors.


Talent Development Intern


Responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of all talent development programs and functions as aligned with the strategy of the organization.   This includes, but is not limited to, clerical, administrative, and research support to the Talent Development department.
