Commercial Loan Analyst II

Full-time – Baton Rouge, LA

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for underwriting commercial loans and reviewing borrower organizational documents, credit reports, and other relevant documentation critical to a proper credit analysis under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Communicate and work with Commercial Loan Officers to ensure necessary documentation is provided prior to credit analysis to maintain acceptable credit standards and to conform to credit union policy. Support a sales and service culture.

Card Specialist II

Full-time – Baton Rouge, LA

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the duties and administrative access associated with Visa Credit and VISA Debit Card programs. Maintain a working knowledge of all plastic products and services managed by the E-Commerce Department. Oversee plastic security and dispute resolution. Maintain relations with plastic card vendors to stay abreast on fraud and dispute trends in the industry. Responsible for managing assignments and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and consistently searching for better solutions. Maintain working knowledge and communication of credit union policies and procedures.

Responsible for providing superior financial services to all current and potential credit union members. Responsible for strengthening existing member relationships as well as gaining new growth for the credit union. Responsible for activities pertaining to sales and service to include but not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries and problem resolution.
