POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the precise and timely recording of the credit union's financial information. Ensure accurate reconciliation of the general ledger/trial balance comparison daily for the Credit Union and daily bank deposit. Process wire transfers, reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare monthly reports. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Assist other departments with research.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing superior, professional and accurate assistance to members and potential members primarily by phone. Provide general account information and respond to members’ issues regarding products and services. Offer solutions and suggestions that will best suit member needs. Handle member complaints and helps solve member issues. Maintain working knowledge of credit union products and services. Support and heavily promote a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for contributing to effective collection efforts for the organization. Pursue direct telephone contact with delinquent members. Must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make accurate and timely decisions when collecting on accounts. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Support a sales and service culture.
