Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.
