Responsible for answering applicant loan questions via phone, email, chat, video conference and any other communication channels the credit union may provide in a professional and efficient manner. Serve as the primary contact person for retail branches. Provide accurate information to our members regarding their loan applications and next step processes.
Responsible for strengthening existing member relationships as well as gaining new growth for the credit union. Responsible for leading the consumer and business development initiatives and expanding the membership base to achieve maximum profitability consistent with the credit union’s overall strategy. Act as the “Manager” in the absence of the Branch Manager. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all credit union products, services and operations. Support a sales and service culture.

Responsible for activities pertaining to sales and service to include but not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries and problem resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union products, services and operations. Support a sales and service culture.
