POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing superior financial services to all current and potential credit union members. Responsible for strengthening existing member relationships as well as gaining new growth for the credit union. Responsible for activities pertaining to sales and service to include but not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries, and problem resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union products, services, and operations. Support a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for processing and funding loan applications. Assure that proper loan information is collected to maintain acceptable credit standards and to conform to credit union policy. Perform the duties necessary to obtain, process, and inform members in a timely manner on the status of loans by phone, fax or through DocuSign. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Support a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing expertise in the areas of data analysis and visualization for a variety of stakeholders in the organization. Responsible for developing and maintaining the credit union’s data warehouse and data visualization tool(s). Recommend and implement strategies that help the credit union achieve its strategic objectives. Collect and analyze data, then recommend products, promotions, and campaigns. Track marketing campaign results and make recommendations for strategies and tactics. Maintain a working knowledge of marketing research, the core processing system, and applicable software such as (MCIF) Raddon Integrator and Microsoft Excel.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. Serve as the face of the credit union and as such; must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.
