POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the precise and timely recording of the credit union's financial information. Ensure accurate reconciliation of the general ledger/trial balance comparison daily for the Credit Union and daily bank deposit. Process wire transfers, reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare monthly reports. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Assist other departments with research.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. Serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products and services. Responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for underwriting all consumer loans for the credit union. Ensure that proper loan information is collected to maintain acceptable credit standards and to conform to credit union policy. Research, analyze, and review loan applications for the benefit of the member, as well as the credit union. Approve loans within lending authority and policy. Assist with coaching consumer lending staff to properly analyze a credit report, cross-sell additional products, and how to effectively argue in favor of our members. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Support a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the CFO and VP Treasury with development of the Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO) package; perform interest rate risk modeling, forecasting, cost/benefit analysis and peer group reporting; develop product cost and profitability information; and assist with preparation of annual budget. Maintain quality service standards set by the organization. The nature of the work requires a high degree of confidentiality.
