Community Outreach Coordinator

As a part of the Marketing team at Neighbors Federal Credit Union, the Community Outreach Coordinator provides strategic direction for the organization’s community service initiatives. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of all events associated with Neighbors Federal Credit Union. Responsible for the administration, development and execution of fundraising campaigns for the Neighbors Capital Area Foundation and the Neighbors Way Scholarship Program. This position will help identify ways to make a positive impact in the community and provide support for all credit union marketing initiatives.

Virtual Teller

Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. Serve as the face of the credit union and as such; must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.

Contact Center Representative

Responsible for providing superior, professional and accurate assistance to members and potential members primarily by phone. Provide general account information and respond to members’ issues regarding products and services. Offer solutions and suggestions that will best suit member needs. Handle member complaints and helps solve member issues. Maintain working knowledge of credit union products and services. Support and heavily promote a sales and service culture.

Collections Officer

Responsible for contributing to effective collection efforts for the organization. Pursue direct telephone contact with delinquent members. Must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make accurate and timely decisions when collecting on accounts. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Support a sales and service culture.
