POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing superior, professional and accurate assistance to members and potential members primarily by phone. Provide general account information and respond to members’ issues regarding products and services. Offer solutions and suggestions that will best suit member needs. Handle member complaints and helps solve member issues. Maintain working knowledge of credit union products and services. Support and heavily promote a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing superior financial services to all current and potential credit union members. Responsible for strengthening existing member relationships as well as gaining new growth for the credit union. Responsible for activities pertaining to sales and service to include but not limited to new accounts, lending, member inquiries and problem resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union products, services and operations. Support a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. Serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products and services. Responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the precise and timely recording of the credit union's financial information. Coordinate and prepare all invoices for the credit union; make bill payments through the accounts payable system. Process wire transfers, reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare monthly reports. Maintain a working knowledge of all services and operations of the credit union. Assist other departments with research.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for greeting lobby guests, documenting their arrival time and purpose for their visit, and arrange timely placement with the appropriate credit union representative. Support a sales and service culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing and managing various electronic payment processes within the organization which includes handling Consumer and Commercial Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, inclearings, Mobile, ATM and Commercial Remote Deposit Capture reviews, Commercial Positive Pay programs, balancing official checks, and managing wire transfers. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of these payment processes while providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for managing assignments and meeting deadlines without supervision and consistently searching for better solutions.
