Loan Payment Center

Quickly and securely make a payment on your loan or credit card using funds from another account or credit card.

First-time users are required to complete a one-time registration. To ensure the highest security standards for activity on your account, the details you provide will be reviewed and verified within two banking days. Registration is only required for first-time users. With future payments, can log on and make payments quickly. There is a $15 processing fee.

Looking for a little extra cash? You can skip a payment on your qualifying Neighbors FCU loan(s).

A $30 processing fee per loan will be deducted from your primary Share Savings Account (funds must be available in your Share account before the request is processed). If your payment is automatically drafted from an institution other than Neighbors FCU, your payment will still be drafted and will be deposited into your NFCU Share account. Interest will continue to accumulate on your loan during the month you skip your payment. All loans/accounts must be current and in good standing to qualify.

Your Skip-a-Pay request must be submitted within 60 days of the month you wish to skip.

Enrolled in online banking?  You can submit your request and if you qualify, process your skip immediately.  Just log in to your account to get started.

Not enrolled in online banking? Verify you have the $30 processing fee available in your primary share account, fill out the form below to let us know which loan(s), the month in which you would like to skip, and you are all set!

*There is a $30, non-refundable, fee per loan on deferring your payments. If the request to defer your loan payment(s) is approved, no late fees will be charged. For loans with repayment schedules due monthly, one payment will be skipped. For bi-weekly repayment schedules, two payments will be skipped. For weekly repayment schedules, four payment(s) will resume subsequent to the skipped payment on the next regularly scheduled payment date. Loan interest will continue to accrue and will be collected when payment(s) resume. Any automatic loan payment received during the skip period will be deposited into your share account and will be available to you for withdrawal. If you have Credit Life and/or Disability, GAP insurance or warranties on any loan on which you are deferring any payments, it may affect your coverages. (Please check with your coverage provider to determine.) To qualify for deferment your loan must be at least 6 months old, you must be current on your loan payments and have a positive balance in all of your Neighbors FCU accounts (primary or joint), including your $5 minimum share balance. This offer is available on most close-ended, consumer loans. This offer is not available on 1st Mortgages, Unsecured Lines of Credit (ULOC), Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Fixed Rate 2nd Mortgages, Deposit-Secured, Commercial (Business) Loans, and Credit Cards. No more than 2 Skip-a-Pays are allowed in a rolling 12 month period.
