Seafood & Spice Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BY PROVIDING A SUBMISSION, THE SUBMITTER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.

  1. Contest Period: The contest will run April 1, 2024 through May 1, 2024.
  2. How to Enter: Each Monday in April, Neighbors Federal Credit Union will release a new financial tip TikTok video on its social media channels. To enter the weekly drawing for a $50 Gift Card to Tony’s Seafood, or $50 Gift Card to Red Stick Spice or the Grand Prize Drawing for a $200Gift Card to Red Stick Spice and a Cooking Class for two and a $100 Gift Card to o Tony’s Seafood, participants must follow the call to action by commenting, sharing, and tagging Neighbors FCU on social media. Entries must be completed by tagging Neighbors FCU by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Central Time to qualify for the drawing on Friday of the same week. Tags made after 11:59 PM Central Time on Wednesday will not qualify for the weekly drawing.
  3. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Participants do not need to be members of Neighbors FCU to participate in the contest. The promotion is open to residents of the Louisiana. Employees of Neighbors FCU and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  4. Entries: The greater the number of social media platforms you tag Neighbors FCU on, the more entries you accumulate for that week’ drawing.
  5. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid only during the month of April 2024. Neighbors FCU reserves the right to end the promotion without notice at any time.
  6. Determination of Eligible Entries: Neighbors FCU reserves the right to determine which posts are eligible for entry into the weekly and grand prize drawings.
  7. Prizes: Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Winners will be announced on social media. By submitting an entry, participants agree to have their name published on social media as a winner. Winners will have one week to contact Neighbors FCU to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  8. Agreement to Official Rules: By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these official rules and any decisions made by Neighbors FCU regarding the contest.
  9. Release of Liability: Neighbors FCU and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest.
  10. Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants grant Neighbors FCU the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  11. By participating in the “Seafood & Spice” contest, participants agree to all contest rules and regulations outlined above.
