Neighbors Day
Neighbors Day is Neighbors Federal Credit Union’s annual day of service, bringing together more than 250 employees to volunteer throughout the Greater Baton Rouge community.
Employees partner with local nonprofit organizations across the region, contributing more than 1,000 hours of service each year.
Neighbors Day was established following the devastating floods of 2016. During that time, countless employees and members were impacted, and Neighbors staff members stepped into the community to support those in need. Their efforts inspired the creation of an annual day of service in their honor.
The mission of Neighbors Day is to provide meaningful assistance to organizations throughout our community while inspiring others to give back and strengthen Baton Rouge for generations to come.
