Scam Alert

We want to make you aware of a recent increase in scam calls involving individuals who are spoofing our phone number and impersonating Neighbors FCU. These callers are asking members to verify their identity and the last 4 digits of their account numbers. They are also stating that there are pending transactions and to send funds via Zelle to correct the issue.

Your privacy and security are important to us. Please keep the following precautions in mind:

• Do not share your personal or sensitive information with anyone. We will never ask you for your information.
• Be cautious of unexpected calls requesting personal details, account information, other sensitive data, or requesting funds.
• If someone seems suspicious, hang up immediately.
• Contact us directly if you have any concerns or would like to confirm whether the call is legitimate.

Please remember that caller ID can be manipulated, so a call displaying our phone number does not necessarily mean it is coming from Neighbors FCU.
